I will dominate 'legitimate combatant' Jake Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his theatrics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
